The Arya AI

The purpose of this application, The Arya AI, is to be a natural-language personal productivity assistant. It exists to solve one specific problem: people accumulate tasks, ideas, meetings, and reminders throughout the day, but capturing them, organising them, and remembering to act on them requires switching between several apps. The Arya AI replaces that with one natural-language interface — chat, voice, image or WhatsApp — that turns whatever a user says into structured, scheduled work items and follows up on them.

Concretely, The Arya AI does the following for its users:

• Captures tasks, reminders, notes, and meetings from natural-language input.
• Organises everything into projects and goals with due dates and priorities.
• Produces a daily plan (“Today at a glance”) summarising what's due.
• Sends reminders via browser push, mobile notifications, and WhatsApp.
• Coordinates meetings by messaging the user's contact on WhatsApp and negotiating a mutual time.
• Optionally reads and writes to Google Calendar so the plan and bookings reflect the user's real schedule.

The product is operated by KARIDO PRIVATE LIMITED (Hyderabad, India, CIN U51909TG2019PTC135143). Every account is private by default; user content is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train third-party AI models.

The Arya AI requests access to your Google account only if you choose to connect Google Calendar from Settings → Integrations. It is entirely optional; the app is fully usable without it. Here is exactly what The Arya AI requests, why, and how the data is handled:

1. Sign up with an email + password. Optionally add your WhatsApp number so Arya can reach you outside the app.
2. Talk to Arya — via the web app, mobile app, or WhatsApp. Type or speak in natural language: goals, tasks, meetings, notes, images, voice memos.
3. Arya organises what you say into structured records — goals, projects, tasks with due dates, reminders, calendar events, meeting proposals.
4. Arya delivers — daily plan digest, reminder pings, meeting outreach on your behalf, and status summaries.
5. Connect Google Calendar (optional) so Arya's plans and bookings include your real schedule.

Under the hood: Arya routes each message through a natural-language classifier, fans out to specialised agents (tasks, projects, goals, memory, meeting coordination), and returns a single structured response. AI reasoning is handled by Anthropic (Claude API) and OpenAI (voice transcription). Your inputs are processed only to generate your response and are not used to train third-party models.
