Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and KARIDO PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “us”), governing your use of The Arya AI (the website thearya.ai, our Android app, and the WhatsApp assistant on +91 95500 04052) (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract.

2. Your account

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.
• One person or entity per account unless we agree otherwise.

3. The Service

The Arya AI is an AI-assisted personal-productivity assistant that captures inputs and organises them into goals, projects, tasks, reminders, plans, and summaries via chat, voice, images, and WhatsApp. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

4. AI-generated content

The Service uses third-party AI models to generate responses. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable and must not be relied on as professional (legal, medical, financial, or other) advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI output before acting on it.

5. Your content

• You retain ownership of the content you submit (“User Content”).
• You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, transmit, and display your User Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you (including sending it to AI sub-processors to generate responses). We do not sell your User Content or use it to train third-party AI models.
• You represent that you have the rights to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe others' rights or violate law.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI, Meta/WhatsApp, Google Calendar, Microsoft Azure). Your use of those integrations may be subject to the third party's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

7. Plans, fees, and payment

The Service offers a free tier and paid plans (Standard, Pro). Prices, billing cycles, taxes, and features are presented at purchase and governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may change prices prospectively with notice.

8. Usage limits

We may apply and enforce quotas, rate limits, and per-account credit limits to ensure fair use and service stability.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and the “The Arya AI” name and logo, is owned by KARIDO PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

10. Suspension and termination

• You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (thearya.ai/delete-account).
• We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if required by law.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KARIDO PRIVATE LIMITED AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) INR 5,000.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version and update the effective date; for material changes we will provide notice.
